What to bring...

Traveling with gliders can be alot of fun but you do need to be prepared. Some of the obvious things to bring are :

A travel cage suitable for the amount of time you will be gone.

Reptariums work great because they can be packed up into small duffle bags. They don't take alot of room in the car.

Pouches. Don't forget to take plenty of pouches.

Often times the pouches can become soiled at a much quicker rate when traveling so you want enough to keep your babies comfy during the trip.
Extra bonding pouches should be taken too (again incase their's gets soiled)

Toys.
Don't forget the toys. Gliders need their exersize even while on vacation. Maybe more so as it helps reduce stress. Take their wheel too if you can.

Food. This can sometimes present a delima for those that feed a diet like BML that needs to be kept frozen.

Some alternitives are baby food. It won't hurt most gliders to be OFF their normal diet for a week or so. The baby foods come in convient little containers and are cheap enough to not be a big deal if they only eat part of a jar. Don't forget their snack foods too. Most places you can pick up fresh fruits and vegies as you go along. Don't forget to take "juicy" fruits to offer during the day time so your gliders don't dehydrate.

Water.
Since you never know what is in the tap water from place to place, it is best to bring your own with you. Their normal water is best. If you use your own tap water, bring a gallon with you.

A basic first aid kit with neosporin, gause, medical tape etc... should be taken as well just in case.

Emergency contact info. This should include names, addresses and phone numbers of glider knowledgeable vets in the area you are traveling. Some phone calls before your journey could make all the difference in the world to your gliders.

A sign of some sort posted in the vehical is a good idea too, saying you have animals in the car with you. Just incase there is an accident, the police/firefighters (whoever) know to look for the gliders. You wouldn't want them left behind. Make sure you have a basic glider care sheet IN with the gliders so that if they need to be cared for, they will know how and what to feed them.

Ok, hope others can add to this list as I know I'm forgetting some things.
